DOA Policy

All DOA's must be reported within 2 hours of Gulfstream Tropical Aquarium Delivery. A clear photo must be emailed to sales@gulfstreamtropicalmarine.com of the perished specimen inside the sealed shipping bag. 

The DOA credit memo will be applied on your subsequent order.  

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
